- Cancellations made during this free cancellation window are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount; however, please note that service charges will not be refunded, as these are non-refundable costs associated with the processing of your booking.
Example: If your check-in date is October 10th, you can cancel the booking without penalty until October 7th (for 3 days) or October 8th (for 48 hours) before 12:00 midnight (hotel local time). After that, late cancellation charges apply.
2. Late Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made after the free cancellation period (within [3 days/48 hours] before the check-in date) will be subject to a charge of [50%] of the total booking amount.
- This late cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid for your booking. The remaining amount will be refunded, but service charges are non-refundable in all cases.
Example: If you cancel after October 7th/October 8th, you will be charged [50%] of your total booking, and any refund will exclude the service charge.
3. No-Show Policy:
- If a guest fails to check-in on the scheduled date (without prior cancellation), the entire booking will be considered a no-show and [100%] of the booking amount will be charged.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows, and service charges will not be refunded.
4. Refund Policy:
Refund Eligibility:
- Cancellations made within the free cancellation period are eligible for a full refund, excluding service charges, which are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made outside of the free cancellation window (i.e., late cancellations) will be subject to the late cancellation fee as outlined above.
- Non-refundable bookings (such as promotional or discounted rates) are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Refund Processing Time:

Please be aware that any service charges applied at the time of booking are non-refundable under any circumstances. Service charges are associated with processing the booking, and they remain non-refundable whether you cancel your booking during the free window, late, or in the case of a no-show.

- Some bookings (such as promotional offers or discounted packages) may be marked as non-refundable. For such bookings, the entire amount of the booking will be charged regardless of the cancellation timing or reason. No refunds will be issued for non-refundable bookings.
- Non-refundable bookings also adhere to the same rule regarding service charges, meaning these charges will not be refunded even if the booking is cancelled.

- If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change the check-in date, extend your stay), please note that this may affect the cancellation policy. Some modifications might reset the cancellation window, and additional service charges may apply.
